CRR - Cooperative Research Reports

Open access and peer-reviewed, ICES Cooperative Research Reports cover a wide variety of fields of interest to the marine research community.

Cooperative Research Reports (CRRs) are an outlet for ICES expert groups and ad-hoc groups to present syntheses of their work. All reports are open access and evaluated by a specialist in the relevant field and the series editor.

CRRs keep readers up to date and informed of ongoing, significant science. The accesible format allows for summaries of complex analyses or survey outputs.

Some reports, such as the ICES Report on Ocean Climate and the Zooplankton Status Report, are published on a multiannual basis, while others examine topics ranging from integrated ecosystem monitoring to acoustic seabed classification.

CRRs can be found in ICES publications library and older copies can be ordered from ICES Secretariat.

The current series editor is Emory Anderson.
