New web application replaces the Station Dictionary

A new web app for requesting monitoring station codes is now available online
Published: 2 September 2016

A new web application for requesting monitoring station codes has been released, thus replacing the current Station Dictionary which is used in OSPAR and HELCOM monitoring assessments.  The procedure for requesting/updating stations has therefore been changed and is now managed via this web application.

Those of you who have previously submitted station dictionary updates will be contacted with instructions. You can also contact us directly for a user name and password.

The old format (MS Access table) is no longer accepted for updates to the station dictionary. Coming developments will include a bulk upload facility for loading multiple new stations.
