Because of the global COVID-19 crisis, the ICES Annual Science Conference (ASC) 2020 has been postponed to 2021.
We will transfer all the hard work put into the theme sessions, and abstracts, to 2021. Notifications of abstract acceptance will be sent in June 2020.
There will be facilities to update abstracts before the ASC 2021. Exactly how and when this will happen will be communicated when we have the details in place.
This is an unprecedented situation for all of us, and we thank you for your patience and understanding in this process.
Further details will follow soon.
Some Frequently Asked Questions:
1. ASC is postponed - until when?
The conference postponed til 6-9 September 2021, and will take place at Øksnehallen, in the centre of Copenhagen, in Denmark.
2. What about my abstract?
You can leave it as submitted. You will be informed in June 2020 whether it has been accepted. 4. How can I keep track of any other changes?
We will contact you by email AND we will post updates to the ICES ASC website and Twitter account throughout the year.
We hope to see you all in Copenhagen for #ASC2021!
